Every Highlight Lab project includes producer guidance, so you can show up with a clear vision, a rough idea, or just a folder of clips.

A producer will turn that into the right format, direction, and footage plan.

2) Book your start date
You can book today for a future start date.
That lets you reserve your editor for the window you’ll need, while giving you time to gather footage, photos, logos, athlete details, and examples.
3) Get your tracker and service form
After purchase, you’ll receive a project tracker code so you can check your order status at any time.
You’ll also receive your service form. That’s where you submit your details, upload your media, and give us everything we need to build the edit.
BUILT AROUND THE DEADLINE
Once your footage and service form are submitted, your producer reviews the brief and confirms what the edit needs.
From there, we sort through the material, find the strongest moments, shape the storyline, and build the edit with the pacing, graphics, and finishing touches your service requires.
You’ll receive a version to review before final delivery. Revision rounds are included, so you can request adjustments, swap details, and approve the final.
Delivery depends on the service, footage, and scope. A short reel is not the same beast as a full season film.
Most short-form edits are delivered in 5–7 days once all required material has been received.
If you have a date in mind, tell us early so we can plan the start date, asset deadline, and production window around it.
PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE
A lot of sports footage involves athletes, families, teams, private events, and minors. We treat that material with care.
Your footage is used to produce your project. It does not automatically become public portfolio content, social content, ads, or examples for Highlight Lab.
Some examples on this site are concept edits created to show the Highlight Lab style. Client projects are only shared publicly with permission.
Before submitting media, please make sure you have the right to share it with us, including any team, league, venue, parent, or athlete permissions that may apply.
If a project involves minors or private events, we recommend only uploading footage you are comfortable having used for the edit itself.
